• 1 box of star pasta (stelline)
  • Butter
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Whole milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Bring water to a boil. Make sure to add salt, but you don't need to add olive oil.
  2. Once boiling, add star pasta and follow the directions on the back of the package/bag.
  3. Strain the water out of the pasta and add a couple pats of butter, along with a splash of milk, then the cheese. Make sure you stir and "fold" the pasta so that the cheese melts and the pasta is fully coated in your cheese/milk mixture. You also want to do this so the "sauce" doesn't break. The consistency of this pasta should almost be thick like an oatmeal.
  4. Serve immediately. If you want to reheat the next day just add a little bit of butter and reheat in the microwave. Enjoy!
