Ingredients
- 1 box of star pasta (stelline)
- Butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Whole milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Bring water to a boil. Make sure to add salt, but you don't need to add olive oil.
- Once boiling, add star pasta and follow the directions on the back of the package/bag.
- Strain the water out of the pasta and add a couple pats of butter, along with a splash of milk, then the cheese. Make sure you stir and "fold" the pasta so that the cheese melts and the pasta is fully coated in your cheese/milk mixture. You also want to do this so the "sauce" doesn't break. The consistency of this pasta should almost be thick like an oatmeal.
- Serve immediately. If you want to reheat the next day just add a little bit of butter and reheat in the microwave. Enjoy!
